My girlfriend and I just picked up our 11 week old female GSD, Maya, yesterday and if I said I was very happy, that would be an understatement. Merab was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but great things to say about him.

He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate at what he does, and you can tell he really, really cares about all of his dogs. Any questions I had he would give a prompt response. Regarding his kennel, the place was very clean and well maintained, especially for the amount of dogs he currently has.

I was astounded that all the sheps (adults and pups) had AMAZING temperaments. I had Maya meet my family, including adults and kids, and strangers as well. She was SO friendly, sweet, and calm around all of them. We are extremely satisfied and look forward to having a life with our beautiful Maya. My girlfriend is obsessed over her!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for German Shepherds!

We feel exceptionally lucky to have found Von Hismerh when we were looking for a Doberman pup. The breeder is very picky when it comes to choosing dogs to breed, obviously our pup is pure bred, but also has champion bloodlines on both sides, has health records for generations from specialty clinics and tests (which is extremely important due to genetic conditions in Dobermans) and information about their overall health during their lives. Merab’s experience of almost 50 years really shows as provided us with advice on many things, which, even after over 30 years of dog ownership, we did not know. After coming home, it became apparent we still needed advice and Merab was there – no question too small and no ask too big, you can really see this is a passion for him. As a result, we have a very smart, healthy and beautiful dog which certainly bringing a lot of joy and happiness to our family. I wouldn’t ever think of going to a different breeder and recommend Vom Hismerh to a person who is looking for a best pure breed dog.

I have a Doberman from vom Hismerh Kennel. My dog is now 10 years old . My family and I have had nothing but joy with our dog Heidi. The owner of this kennel has the expertise to breed only but the best which will give you a solid and healthy dog for many years to come. A breeder who does such thing is a breeder who loves and respect the breed. I highly recommend this kennel.

I simply can not recommend this breeder and his bloodlines enough. He went above and beyond to get me the puppy I wanted. Visited the new kennel and it is gorgeous. He is a true professional. I own a 155lb German bloodline Rottweiler and purchased a Doberman Pinscher from him so my dog can have a friend. The puppy temperament is perfect. Would most certainly do business with them again. What a pleasure!

I am very impressed! I have personally visited Vom Hismerh Kennel and found the most well bred, beautiful dogs. All of the dogs were healthy and happy. Merab and Ofer are very devoted kennel owners, and they have extensive knowledge of raising dogs and showing top lines form all over the world. They are very gracious and helpful with their knowledge and hospitality. I am happy to say that I am waiting for a puppy from their next litter. I bought a female pup from Merab. He was the most AMAZING breeder to buy from!! He was kind and giving!! I changed my mind at one point and he was so gracious and kind and never had ANY kind of frustration or discontent. He is NOT competitive to the point that it would cost a friendship. He is the opposite…..he welcomes competition and is happy for his fellow breeders when they succeed. He works hard with his dogs and he will help others learn. He has answered endless questions for me and was always glad to do it. This kennel is who I would buy from in the future. Not only do I LOVE the dog I got from him….but I love even MORE the kindness and love for others and other breeders. Hats off to this kennel!!!! I rate them EXCELLENT in every way. The friendship and help goes way beyond the sale of the dog.

I purchased a dog from this breeder and out of all the shepherds I have had he is the most beautiful. Even though he is still young he is very smart and comes when he is called I have nothing but enjoyment from this dog and anytime I call the seller to ask a question they are always ready to help me. Purchased Yoyo from Merab on 12/16/16. Was hosted to a 3 hour tour of kennel, looked at several dogs. Merab has a encyclopedic knowledge of the breed, and a variety of world class german shepherd dogs on site. Yoyo has cleared OFA with good hips and normal elbows. Dr. King in Bluebell, P.A. has been working with Eoropean working dogs as a breeder and competitor, after doing the x-rays said Yoyo is a prime example of what a GSD should be. Very strong, agile, and FAST! And a playfull and easily trained. My thanx to Merab and Kennel Vomhismerh for a great dog for my breeding/training at Sehrgutenase Shepherds.
